The Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from January 4th to 10th, 2010 in Doha . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Brisbane International was played in Brisbane and the Aircel Chennai Open in Chennai , which, like the Qatar ExxonMobil Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Andy Murray did not appear in the individual to defend his title. Nikolai Dawydenko won the final against Rafael Nadal in three sets with 0: 6, 7: 6, 8 and 6: 4. Marc López and Rafael Nadal defended their title in doubles , but were eliminated in the first round. In the final, Guillermo García-López and Albert Montañés prevailed in two sets against František Čermák and Michal Mertiňák .

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize pool was $ 1,024,000 and total financial liabilities were $ 1,110,250.
