The Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from February 22nd to 27th, 2010 in Dubai . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships were played in Delray Beach and the Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco . The latter, like the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category , while the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The winner of the last edition of the tournament was Novak Đoković , who was able to successfully defend his title in the individual competition. He won against Michail Juschny in three sets with 7: 5, 5: 7 and 6: 3, with which he won his 17th individual title. In doubles, Rik De Voest and Dmitri Tursunow were the defending champions, but they did not compete this year. In this year's final, Simon Aspelin and Paul Hanley won against Lukáš Dlouhý and Leander Paes 6: 3, 6: 2.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize pool was $ 1,619,500 and total financial liabilities were $ 2,233,000.

The qualification took place from February 20-21, 2010. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There was also a lucky loser.
