The Open Sud de France 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from October 25th to 31st, 2010 in Pérols near Montpellier . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week, the Bank Austria TennisTrophy was played in Vienna and the St. Petersburg Open in St. Petersburg , which, like the Open Sud de France, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Ivan Ljubičić , who advanced to the final again this year. There he was defeated by local hero Gaël Monfils in three sets with 2: 6, 7: 5 and 1: 6. It was Monfils' first win that year and his third overall. In doubles, the French duo Julien Benneteau and Nicolas Mahut were defending champions, but they no longer took part in the tournament together. While Benneteau no longer participated, Mahut and Arnaud Clément were eliminated in the first round. In the final, the duo Stephen Huss and Ross Hutchins won against Marc López and Eduardo Schwank in three sets. For Huss this was the fourth and final title of his career, Hutchins won his second career title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 650,000 euros; the total financial liabilities were 575,250 euros.
