The Open de Nice Côte d'Azur 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from May 16-22, 2010 in Nice . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on sand. In the same week, the ARAG World Team Cup was played in Düsseldorf , which, like the Open de Nice Côte d'Azur, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

It was the first edition of the tournament after not playing in Nice between 1996 and 2009. Local hero Richard Gasquet won the singles, beating Fernando Verdasco 6: 3, 5: 7, 7: 6 in the final . This was his sixth career title. In doubles, the Czechs Cyril Suk and Daniel Vacek were defending champions, neither of whom took part again. In the final Marcelo Melo and Bruno Soares won against Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and thus won their first joint title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 398,250 euros; the total financial liabilities were 450,000 euros.
