Men's doubles of the US Open 2010 .

The defending champions were Lukáš Dlouhý and Leander Paes . The final was played by Bob and Mike Bryan against Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi , which the Bryans won in two sets. This was their third joint triumph at the US Open (after 2005 and 2008 ) and their ninth Grand Slam title overall. In addition to Bopanna and Qureshi, who reached a Grand Slam final for the first time in their career, the unseeded Eduardo Schwank and Horacio Zeballos also caused a surprise, as they reached the semi-finals as an unseeded pairing and defeated three seeded teams on the way.
