The St. Petersburg Open 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place in St. Petersburg from October 23 to 31, 2010 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week, the Bank Austria TennisTrophy was played in Vienna and the Open Sud de France in Montpellier , which, like the St. Petersburg Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Serhij Stachowskyj , but he was eliminated in the first round against Benjamin Becker . The winner was Michail Kukuschkin , who could defeat the top seeded Michail Juschny 6: 3, 7: 6 2 in the final . So Kukuschkin won his first and so far only title, while Juschny already played his 17th final. Colin Fleming and Ken Skupski defended their title in doubles , but they didn't get past the first round either. The title went to Daniele Bracciali and Potito Starace , they were able to prevail in the final against Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi and thus won their first joint title.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize pool was $ 663,750; total financial liabilities were $ 750,000.
