The UNICEF Open 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from June 13th to 19th, 2010 in 's-Hertogenbosch . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on grass. In the same week the AEGON International was played in Eastbourne , which, like the UNICEF Open, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Benjamin Becker , who was eliminated in the semifinals against Janko Tipsarević this year . This lost in the final against the Ukrainian Serhij Stachowskyj in two sets with 6: 3, 6: 0. It was Stachowskyj's first tournament victory in 's-Hertogenbosch and his third overall in his professional career. In doubles, Wesley Moodie and Dick Norman went to defend their title and reached the semifinals that year, which they lost to the eventual winners of the tournament Robert Lindstedt and Horia Tecau . They defeated the duo Lukáš Dlouhý and Leander Paes in three sets in the final .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 398,250 euros; the total financial liabilities were 450,000 euros.
