The Topshelf Open 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place from June 16 to 22, 2013 in Rosmalen near 's-Hertogenbosch . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played on grass. In the same week the AEGON International was played in Eastbourne , which, like the Topshelf Open, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

In singles, David Ferrer was the top seeded player to defend his title, but was eliminated in the first round. In the final, the qualifier Nicolas Mahut defeated the second-placed Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka 6: 3, 6: 4 and thus won his first title on the ATP World Tour. Mahut had previously been in an ATP final twice, both times on grass. The defending champions Robert Lindstedt and Horia Tecău are in doubles . While Lindstedt took on another partner at the tournament in Eastbourne, Tecău played this year at the side of Max Mirny and was seeded in second place; the duo reached the final, where they won against Andre Begemann and Martin Emmrich .

The Belgian Dick Norman ended his career after his first round defeat in the doubles competition. His best placement in the doubles world rankings was tenth in April 2010.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
