The Grand Prix Hassan II 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place in Casablanca from April 8-14, 2013 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played on clay court. In the same week, the US Men's Clay Court Championships were played in Houston , which, like the Grand Prix Hassan II, belong to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Pablo Andújar , who was eliminated in the first round against Pablo Carreño Busta . In doubles, the pairing Dustin Brown and Paul Hanley are defending champions. However, they took part in the tournament with other partners this year. The doubles competition was won by the number 1 seeded pairing Julian Knowle and Filip Polášek , who defeated last year's winner Brown and his partner Christopher Kas in the final.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round.

Qualification for the Grand Prix Hassan II 2013 took place from April 6th to 8th, 2013. Four qualifying places were played that entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
