The Claro Open Colombia 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place from July 15 to 21, 2013 in Bogotá . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Bet-at-home Open German Tennis Championships were held in Hamburg . However, in contrast to the Claro Open Colombia, which belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category, these belonged to the higher category ATP World Tour 500 .

In the singles was the defending champion João Souza , who won the tournament in the last edition in 2010, at that time still as part of the ATP Challenger Tour . Franco Ferreiro and Santiago González won the title in doubles . This year's individual competition was won by Ivo Karlović , who with this victory was able to celebrate another title at ATP level after more than five years; in the final he beat Alejandro Falla at his home tournament. The Indian duo Purav Raja and Divij Sharan won in doubles ; for the two, who otherwise were mainly active on the Challenger Tour, this was the first title at ATP level.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs, the four top seeded players in the individual competition received a bye in the first round.
