The Open 13 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place in Marseille from February 18 to 24, 2013 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week the US National Indoor Tennis Championships in Memphis and the Copa Claro in Buenos Aires were played. This year's event was won by local hero Jo-Wilfried Tsonga against top seeded Czech Tomáš Berdych in three sets. For Tsonga it was his second title in Marseille after the 2009 victory. Overall, he celebrated his tenth title on the ATP Tour. In doubles, the locals Nicolas Mahut and Édouard Roger-Vasselin were the defending champions, but they were eliminated in the semifinals. The doubles competition won that year Rohan Bopanna and Colin Fleming . It was their first title in Marseille for both of them. Fleming celebrated his second title this year after winning in Auckland .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round.
