The 2013 Rogers Cup was a tennis tournament that took place in Montreal from August 5th to 11th, 2013 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played outdoors on hard courts. This season it was the sixth of nine tournaments in the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 category . At the same time, the 2013 women's Rogers Cup took place in Toronto .

The defending champion in the individual was the Serb Novak Đoković , who won the last two events. He met the Spaniard Rafael Nadal in the semifinals , to whom he lost just under three sets. In the final, the Spaniard faced the local hero Milos Raonic , who defeated Juan Martín del Potro on the way to the final . Nadal won the game clearly in two sets with 6: 2 and 6: 2. For him, this was his eighth title in the current year and his 58th overall title in his career. The brothers Bob and Mike Bryan won the doubles title last year , but this year they were eliminated in the quarter-finals. Alexander Peya and Bruno Soares won the final . They defeated the British duo Colin Fleming and Andy Murray in straight sets.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 56 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 24 pairs. The eight top seeded players in singles or pairings in doubles each received a bye into the second round.
