Dominic Inglot (born March 6, 1986 in London ) is a British tennis player .
Career
Inglot is mainly active as a dual specialist. He has already won four tournaments on the Challenger Tour , three of them with Conrad Huey . With this he reached a final on the ATP World Tour for the first time in Houston in 2012 . Against Sam Querrey and James Blake, however, the two lost in two sets 6: 7 14 , 4: 6. He finally won his first ATP title in Washington, DC in August 2012, when he and permanent partner Huey defeated Kevin Anderson and Sam Querrey in three sets in the final . At Grand Slam tournaments , he achieved his greatest success so far in 2010 at Wimbledon . Together with Chris Eaton, he advanced to the last sixteen, on the way they eliminated the top seeded doubles Daniel Nestor and Nenad Zimonjić in five sets. Against Julien Benneteau and Michaël Llodra they then retired after a defeat in four sets.
In 2014 he made his debut for the British Davis Cup team .
