John Paul Fruttero (born April 30, 1981 in Montebello ) is a retired American tennis player .

Career

Fruttero was mainly active on the Challenger Tour and was able to win three double titles on this. In 2011 and 2012 he won this with his partner Raven Klaasen , with whom he also stood in five other finals during this period. He made his debut on the ATP World Tour in Bangkok in 2005 , but lost to the Spaniard Guillermo García-López in the first round . This was his only single game on the World Tour. At Grand Slams he was never able to qualify for a main field. He played his last season in 2012.
