The Abierto Mexicano de Tenis Mifel 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place from July 29 to August 3, 2019 in Cabo San Lucas in the Los Cabos community . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Citi Open took place in Washington, DC and the Generali Open in Kitzbühel . The former belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category , while the other two tournaments belonged to the lower endowed ATP World Tour 250 .

The defending champions were Fabio Fognini in singles and Marcelo Arévalo and Miguel Ángel Reyes Varela in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round. The total prize pool was $ 762,4555; total financial liabilities were $ 858,565.
