The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place from April 16 to 23, 2019 in the Monte Carlo Country Club in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, near Monaco . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on a clay court. This season it was the third of nine tournaments in the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 category .

Last year's individual winner was Rafael Nadal , who won the title for the 11th time without losing a set. Rohan Bopanna and Pablo Cuevas were successful in doubles last year.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 56 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 32 pairs. The eight top seeded players in the singles each got a bye in the first round. The total prize money was 5,207,405 euros; the total financial liabilities were EUR 5,585,030.

The qualification took place on April 12th and 13th, 2019. Seven places were played that allowed participation in the main draw of the tournament.
