The Monte-Carlo Rolex Masters 2016 was a tennis tournament that took place from April 10th to 17th, 2016 in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, near Monaco . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2016 and was played on clay court. This season it was the third of nine tournaments in the ATP World Tour Masters 1000 category .

Last year's winner in the individual was Novak Đoković . Defending champions in doubles were Bob and Mike Bryan .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 56 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 24 pairs. The eight top seeded players in singles or pairings in doubles each received a bye to advance to the second round. The total prize money was 3,748,925 euros; the total financial liabilities were 4,094,505 euros.
