The Ricoh Open 2016 was a tennis tournament that took place from June 6th to 12th, 2016 in 's-Hertogenbosch . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2016 and was played outdoors on grass. In the same week, the MercedesCup was played in Stuttgart , which, like the Ricoh Open, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 566,525 euros; the total financial liabilities were 635,645 euros.
