The UNICEF Open 2012 was a tennis tournament that took place from June 17 to 23, 2012 in Rosmalen near 's-Hertogenbosch . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2012 and was played on grass. In the same week the AEGON International was played in Eastbourne , which, like the UNICEF Open, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

In the singles Dmitri Tursunow went to defend his title, but was eliminated in the first round. In this year's final, the Spaniard David Ferrer celebrated his second title in 's-Hertogenbosch. He beat the German Philipp Petzschner in two sets with 6: 3 and 6: 4. Daniele Bracciali and František Čermák won the doubles title last year . Čermák played with a new partner that year, while Bracciali competed at the Eastbourne tournament. In this year's final, the top seeded duo Robert Lindstedt and Horia Tecău won against Juan Sebastián Cabal and Dmitri Tursunow in straight sets. For the two of them it is already the second joint title in 's-Hertogenbosch and the eighth joint overall on the ATP Tour.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
