The PBZ Zagreb Indoors 2012 was a tennis tournament that took place from January 30th to February 5th, 2012 in Zagreb . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2012 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week the Open Sud de France was played in Montpellier and the VTR Open in Viña del Mar , which, like the PBZ Zagreb Indoors, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the individual was Ivan Dodig , but he was eliminated in the quarterfinals. In this year's final, Michail Juschny prevailed in two sets against Lukáš Lacko , who was in the final of an ATP tournament for the first time. For Juschny this was the eighth ATP individual title in his career.

In doubles, Dick Norman and Horia Tecau were the defending champions. However, Norman entered this year with a new partner and was eliminated in the first round. Youzhny reached with Marcos Baghdatis also the final of the doubles competition, where she appeared in two sets against a wildcard started Ivan Dodig and Mate Pavić won. This was Baghdatis' first ATP double title, while Juschny had previously won eight titles with various partners.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
