Marin Draganja (born May 13, 1991 in Split ) is a Croatian tennis player .
Career
Marin Draganja initially played mainly on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . He celebrated eleven double titles on the Future Tour. He has won 15 doubles tournaments on the Challenger Tour so far.
He achieved his first major success in doubles in 2014 when he reached the semi-finals at the French Open and won the first tournament on the ATP World Tour in Hamburg . In 2015 he won three more tournaments in Zagreb , Marseille and Barcelona with his current doubles partner Henri Kontinen . In April 2015 Draganja achieved his best ranking in the double world rankings with 20th place . In August 2015, Draganja underwent hip surgery in Munich. He had to take a few months off for a full recovery.
In 2014 he made his debut for the Croatian Davis Cup team against Poland . In September 2014, he won his first game against the Netherlands when he won doubles for Croatia with Marin Čilić .
His younger brother Tomislav Draganja is also a tennis player and has been his regular doubles partner since 2017.
