The Croatian Davis Cup team is the national tennis team of Croatia . The Davis Cup is the most important competition for national teams in men's tennis, analogous to the Fed Cup for women.
history
In 1993 Croatia took part in the Davis Cup as an independent team for the first time . Some players had played for the Yugoslav team before. In 2005 Croatia became the first unset team to win the Davis Cup. In the final in Bratislava , the team won 3-2 against hosts Slovakia . The second title followed in 2018 . Croatia defeated France 3-1 .
