The Austrian Davis Cup team is the Austrian national tennis team that is used in the Davis Cup . The Davis Cup is the most important competition for national teams in men's tennis, analogous to the Fed Cup for women.

The player with the most wins (45 wins, 18 losses) and single wins (36 wins, 8 losses) is Thomas Muster , the most successful doubles player is Alexander Antonitsch (13-14).
The best result in Austria's Davis Cup history was reaching the semi-finals in 1990 , where they lost 3-2 at home to the US Davis Cup team in the Ernst Happel Stadium . In the recent past, reaching the first world group quarter-finals since 1995 is noteworthy in 2012 .
