The Hawaiian Davis Cup team was the national tennis team of Hawaii . The only participation dates from 1923 , when the team was eliminated in the first round with 1: 4 against the Australian Davis Cup team . The team also registered for the 1922 and 1925 competitions , but withdrew the nomination before the respective encounters.
The only victory achieved by Hawaii in the Davis Cup was achieved by William Eklund in the fifth and already meaningless game against Richard Schlesinger .
