International Lawn Tennis Challenge 1922

The International Lawn Tennis Challenge 1922 was the 17th edition of the competition organized by the ITF for men's national teams in tennis . The final, which was held in New York City from September 1 to 5, 1922, was clearly won by defending champions USA 4-1 against challengers Australia , thus securing their seventh title and third in a row.

World group

In addition to the defending champion, 14 other teams took part in the International Lawn Tennis Challenge, which set a new record. These played in the world group for the final ticket against the defending champion. It was the first appearance in the competition for the teams from Hawaii , Italy and Romania .
