International Lawn Tennis Challenge 1912

The International Lawn Tennis Challenge 1912 was the 11th edition of the competition for men's national teams in tennis . The British Isles won the Melbourne final from November 28-30, 1912, inflicting their first defeat on defending champions Australasia since 1906 .

For the first time since 1906, more than two teams competed for a final ticket:

The USA did not take part in the final of the world group because they could not form a team. Therefore, the British Isles moved into the title finals against Australasia without a fight .
