The Albanian Davis Cup team is the national tennis team of Albania .
history
In 2010 Albania took part in the Davis Cup for the first time and has since played in Europe group zone III. In the Davis Cup 2013 , which was held in San Marino in May 2013 , the team was able to win an encounter for the first time: against Azerbaijan all three games were won. The following three encounters were lost like the eleven encounters from 2010 to 2012.
Ferat Istrefi became the first player to win a single match when he won his singles against San Marino in the 2011 Davis Cup .
The current record player is Flavio Dece , who played in all fifteen matches.
