Alexander Serhijowitsch Nedowjessow ( Ukrainian Олександр Сергійович Недовєсов ; born February 15, 1987 in Alushta ) is a Ukrainian tennis player who has played for Kazakhstan since 2014 .

Career

Nedowjessow mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and has already achieved individual successes. So far he has won five titles in the doubles competition and three titles in the singles competition. In October 2013 he broke through the top 100 of the world rankings for the first time when he was listed at 99th place. He has been flying the Kazakh flag since the 2014 season.

He was also part of the selection of the Ukrainian Davis Cup team in 2005 and played one game. He lost this against the Hungarian player Sebő Kiss in three sets. There was no renewed mission for Ukraine. In 2014 he made his debut for Kazakhstan .
