Aleksandre Metreweli ( Georgian ალექსანდრე მეტრეველი ; born August 10, 1993 in Tbilisi ) is a Georgian tennis player .

Career

Aleksandre Metreweli mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour . On this he won his first single title in 2014, he was able to win a total of seven single titles and four double titles. He won his first title on the Challenger Tour in 2016 in Poznan . At the side of Peng Hsien-yin he prevailed in the final against the local heroes Mateusz Kowalczyk and Kamil Majchrzak in three sets. He achieved his best placement in the world rankings in singles on June 6, 2016 with rank 264 and in doubles on July 25, 2017 with rank 184.

He first played for the Georgian Davis Cup team in 2011 and has since won 10 of his 14 singles and 7 of his 11 doubles.
