The ATP Challenger Istanbul (official name: American Express - Istanbul Challenger ) has been an annual tennis tournament in Istanbul since 1991 . Between 1985 and 1987 three issues took place in the same place. It is part of the ATP Challenger Tour and is played outdoors on hard courts. The Frenchman Jean-Philippe Fleurian is the record winner of the tournament with two titles in doubles and one title in singles.
