The ATP Challenger Saint-Brieuc (official name: Open Harmonie Mutuelle , formerly Open Prévadiès or Open BNP Paribas Banque de Bretagne Quimper ) has been an annual tennis tournament in Saint-Brieuc , France since 2004 . It is part of the ATP Challenger Tour and is played indoors on a hard court. Andreas Siljeström was the only player to win the tournament three times. He won the double competition in 2011, 2013 and 2016.
