The ATP Challenger Dresden (official name: Ostdeutscher Sparkassen Cup ) was a tennis tournament of the ATP Challenger Tour that took place annually in Dresden from 2005 to 2008 . The host was the TC Blau-Weiß Dresden-Blasewitz , on whose venue in the forest park Blasewitz it was played outdoors on clay after a Challenger tournament had already taken place at the same location from 1993 to 1998. In 2012 the tournament was supposed to start again in Dresden, but the plans were discarded. Christopher Kas was the only player to win the tournament twice (in doubles).
