The ATP Challenger New Delhi (official name: Delhi Open ) was a tennis tournament in New Delhi , India that took place intermittently from 1999 to 2016. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour and was played outdoors on hard courts. Somdev Devvarman was the only player to win two editions of his home tournament in singles and is the most successful player of the tournament with Harsh Mankad and Ashutosh Singh , who were each successful twice in doubles.
