Constant Lestienne (born May 23, 1992 ) is a French tennis player .
Career
Lestienne mainly plays on the Future Tour , where he has won three singles titles and two doubles titles so far. He also won a title on the ATP Challenger Tour , namely the tournament in Ostrava . In the final he defeated Zdeněk Kolář in three sets.
In 2015 he made his debut on the ATP World Tour at the Millennium Estoril Open in Estoril . After fighting his way through the qualification, he lost in the opening round of the main draw against Pablo Carreño Busta 3: 6, 1: 6.
In September 2016 he was banned for seven months, half of which was on parole. Lestienne had bet on a total of 220 tennis games between February 2012 and June 2015, but not on her own. Active players are strictly prohibited from betting.
