The Libéma Open 2019 was a men's tennis tournament in Rosmalen near 's-Hertogenbosch . The grass court tournament of the category ATP World Tour 250 was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and took place from June 10 to 16, 2019 at the same time as the tournament in Stuttgart .

The defending champions were Richard Gasquet in singles and the pairing Dominic Inglot / Franko Škugor in doubles.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye in the first round. The total prize money was 635,750 euros; the financial obligations were 711,275 euros.
