The Winston-Salem Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Winston-Salem from August 18 to 24, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on hard courts. It was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category and the 2019 US Open Series .

The defending champions were Daniil Medvedev in singles and the duo Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecau in doubles , who won the tournament for the second time in a row.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 48 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The 16 top seeded players each received a bye in the first round. Prize money was $ 717,955 and total financial commitments were $ 807,210.
