Amir Weintraub (born September 16, 1986 in Rechovot ) is an Israeli tennis player .

Career

Amir Weintraub has so far mainly been active on the ATP Challenger Tour and has won four doubles titles on it so far. In Grand Slam tournaments , he survived the 2013 Australian Open qualification for the first time. In the opening round he defeated Guido Pella in three sets, before he lost to Philipp Kohlschreiber just as clearly in three sets in the second round .

Amir Weintraub has been playing for the Israeli Davis Cup team since 2011 .
