The Winston-Salem Open 2018 was a tennis tournament that took place in Winston-Salem from August 19-25, 2018 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2018 and was played outdoors on hard courts. It belongs to the ATP World Tour 250 category and to the 2018 US Open Series .

The defending champions were Roberto Bautista Agut in singles and Jean-Julien Rojer and Horia Tecău in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 48 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The 16 top seeded players each received a bye in the first round. The prize pool was 691,415 and the total financial commitment was $ 778,070.
