The Millennium Estoril Open 2018 was a tennis tournament that took place in Estoril from May 1st to 7th, 2018 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2018 and was played outdoors on a clay court. The same week the BMW Open was played in Munich and the TEB BNP Paribas İstanbul Open in Istanbul , which, like the Millennium Estoril Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in singles was Pablo Carreño Busta , in doubles last year Ryan Harrison and Michael Venus won the title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players each received a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 482,060 euros; the total financial liabilities were 540,310 euros.

The qualification took place on April 28 and 29, 2018. Four qualifying places were played that entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
