The Next Generation ATP Finals 2018 took place from November 6th to 11th, 2018 on the grounds of the Fiera di Milano in Milan . The best tennis players under the age of 21 of the season were eligible to participate. The tournament was part of the ATP World Tour 2018 . The defending champion was the South Korean Chung Hyeon , who was no longer eligible to play this year. The Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas won .

The seven best placed under 21-year-old players of the season qualified for this competition. The best young Italian player received a wild card. There were also two reservists.
