The Next Generation ATP Finals 2017 took place from November 7th to 11th, 2017 on the grounds of the Fiera di Milano in Milan . The best tennis players under the age of 21 of the season were eligible to participate. The tournament was part of the ATP World Tour 2017 . The South Korean Chung Hyeon won the first edition of the tournament .

qualification

The seven best-placed players of the 2017 season who were 21 years or younger at the beginning qualified . The best young Italian player received a wild card. There were also two reservists.

Of the originally qualified players, Alexander Zverev (also qualified for the ATP Finals 2017 ) decided not to participate, so that the next-placed player moved up.
