The AEGON Championships 2017 were a tennis tournament that took place from June 19 to 25, 2017 at the Queen’s Club in London . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2017 and was played outdoors on grass. In the same week the Gerry Weber Open was played in Halle , which like the AEGON Championships belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Defending champion in singles was Andy Murray . In doubles, Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut were the defending champions.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was 1,836,660 euros; the total financial liabilities were 1,966,095 euros.

qualification

The qualification took place on June 17 and 18, 2017. Four qualifier places were played out in singles and one place in doubles, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. In the individual first Pierre-Hugues Herbert moved up because Jack Sock was injured, later Herbert himself and Aljaž Bedene had to withdraw their participation due to injuries. Liam Broady and Jordan Thompson replaced them.
