The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was 1,836,660 euros; the total financial liabilities were 1,966,095 euros.
The qualification took place on June 17 and 18, 2017. Four qualifier places were played out in singles and one place in doubles, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. In the individual first Pierre-Hugues Herbert moved up because Jack Sock was injured, later Herbert himself and Aljaž Bedene had to withdraw their participation due to injuries. Liam Broady and Jordan Thompson replaced them.
The following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The amounts for the double competition apply per team.
