Brayden Schnur (born July 4, 1995 in Pickering ) is a Canadian tennis player .

Career

Brayden Schnur mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . So far he has celebrated one single and three double victories on the Future Tour. He made his debut in singles on the ATP World Tour in August 2014 at the Rogers Cup , where he lost in two sets against Andreas Seppi in the opening round .

In February 2019, he qualified for the individual field in New York City and won his first match on the ATP World Tour. He made it to the finals and had to admit defeat to the American Reilly Opelka in three sets. Through this success he reached his previous career record with 107th place in the world rankings .

In 2017 he made his Davis Cup debut for the Canadian team .
