The SkiStar Swedish Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place from July 15 to 21, 2019 in Båstad . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on sand. The same week the Umag Open was played in Umag and the Hall of Fame Tennis Open in Newport . All three tournaments belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champions were Fabio Fognini in singles and Julio Peralta and Horacio Zeballos in doubles.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round. The total prize money was 524,340 euros; the financial obligations amounted to 586,140 euros.

The qualification took place from July 13-14, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
