The Dell Technologies Hall of Fame Tennis Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Newport from July 15 to 21, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on grass. In the same week the Umag Open was played in Umag and the Swedish Open in Båstad . All three tournaments belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champions were Steve Johnson in singles and Jonathan Erlich and Artem Sitak in doubles.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye in the first round. The total prize pool was $ 583,585; the financial commitments were $ 652,245.

The qualification took place on July 13th and 14th, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
