The Open 13 Provence 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Marseille from February 18 to 24, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. In the same week the Rio Open and Delray Beach the Delray Beach Open were played in Rio de Janeiro . Like the Open 13 Provence, the latter belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the Rio Open belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Karen Chatschanow was the defending champion in singles, in doubles the pairing of Raven Klaasen and Michael Venus won last year.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the second round. The total prize money was 679,015 euros; the total financial liabilities were 744,010 euros.

qualification

The qualification took place from February 16-17, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There were also two lucky losers.
