The St. Petersburg Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Saint Petersburg from September 16-22, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. In the same week, the Moselle Open was played in Metz , which, like the St. Petersburg Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champions were Dominic Thiem in the singles and the duo Matteo Berrettini and Fabio Fognini in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was $ 1,180,000; total financial liabilities were $ 1,248,665.
