The Moselle Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Metz from September 16-22, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. In the same week, the St. Petersburg Open was played in St. Petersburg , which, like the Moselle Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champions were Gilles Simon in singles and Nicolas Mahut and Édouard Roger-Vasselin in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round.
