The Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Umag from July 15 to 21, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on sand. The same week the Swedish Open was played in Båstad and the Hall of Fame Tennis Open in Newport . All three tournaments belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champions were Marco Cecchinato in singles and Robin Haase and Matwé Middelkoop in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round. The total prize money was 524,340 euros; the total financial liabilities were 586,140 euros.
