The Diema Xtra Sofia Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Sofia from February 4th to 10th . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. In the same week the Open Sud de France and Córdoba the Córdoba Open were played in Montpellier . Like the Sofia Open, both were part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Mirza Bašić won the last edition of the tournament . The pairing of Robin Haase and Matwé Middelkoop won in doubles last year.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was 524,340 euros; the total financial liabilities were 586,140 euros.

The qualification took place from February 3rd to 4th, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
